For your data recorder to be able to monitor an analog channel it must receive a signal that it can recognize. The modules shown here convert the analog parameters to a standard 0-5 volt signal required by the recorder. The transducer modules (combination sensor and signal conditioning modules) provide direct connection to the measured parameter, such as fuel or oil pressure. The signal conditioning modules allow the connection of remote sensors, such as thermocouples or position sensors, to the data recorder.

The following transducers and signal conditioning modules are the modular plug-in style for use with our Pro Analog Transducer Box. They are also the type that is mounted directly into the sidewall of Pro 1A recorders.

Pressure Transducer     810-MD-PT-(specify psi)
Used to convert the signal from parameters such as fuel, oil, or nitrous pressure.  
Available in psi ratings of: 1.5 / 15 / 30 / 60 / 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 500 / 600 / 1000 / 1500  
Vacuum Transducer, 0-30 In. hg    810-MD-VAC
Typically used when monitoring manifold or pan vacuum.  
Thermocouple Amplifier Module, 0-500°F 810-MD-TC-500
Used on low temperature applications such as water, oil, cylinder head. Not for use with EGT’s.  
Cable Only, Thermocouple Sensor to Module 800-CA-TC500-(specify length)
G-meter Interface Module 810-MD-GM
Used with G-Meters that are not internally mounted in a data recorder.  
Cable Only, G-meter to Module 800-CA-3PM-(specify length)
0-5 Volt Input Module, Outputs 5 volts to power a sensor    810-MD-0-5-5V
0-5 Volt Input Module, Outputs 12 volts to power a sensor 810-MD-0-5
Receives 0-5 volt input from powered sensor, while outputting 5 or 12 volts to power the sensor.  
Cable Only, Sensor to either Module 800-CA-3PM-(specify length)
