Attention Racepak V300 and V500 owners
Please be aware that there is now a serial number/product version requirement for V300 and V500 units. When adding new V-net modules to an existing V300 or V500 the following firmware level is required. This is only when the serial number of the V-net module is 65535 or higher. All other Racepak loggers (including V300SD) will work with all firmware versions and do not require any firmware updates to work properly with newer V-net modules. This only applies to your data logger if it does not have the following firmware:
- V300 version 36 or higher
- V500 version 53 or higher
To check the firmware of the logger:
- Open the Datalink software
- Open the car configuration
- Right click on the logger channel button(V300 Module, V500 Module)
- Under System Options it will show the Product version
