i am using a haltech Pro Plugin R32/33 connect to IQ3.

the rpm from IQ3 is different from the dashboard.

i cant find the CAN communication box from the main setup in the haltech software.

Everytime pc read or write from the IQ3, pc turns blue screen automatically and reboot my pc.

i have followed the wiring diagram to connect the can connector to the Vnet cable.

white to pin 7 & 8
Green to pin 2 3 & 6

please helps.

Sir,


It looks like it actually may be your USB to serial adaptor you are using. If you are using something like a windows 7 computer you need to make sure your adaptor is compatible for windows 7. if its only for XP or vista or something this will happen because it doesn’t have the correct drivers installed. Give another adaptor a shot and see if that does the trick.

thanks for the info.

i have solved the problem. its the USB to serial software not compatible with window 7.

i download the latest PL2302 Ver 1.5 before install the driver i run as administrator and from that, it installed and able to run correctly.
