we are switching from a Pro Mag 12 to a Pro Mag 44 & Power grid,

what do we do with tach imput for the V300 which is currently an inductive type (2 wire commector) used in conjunction with a MSD 8114 Inductive Pick Up Harness

For the tach signal you have a few options. I would leave the inductive set up the way it is. Then I would purchase if you don’t already have it the T cable to go from the power grid to the v300. This will stream 12 of the MSD channels to your v300 including engine RPM.
