The other weekend I was at Watkins Glen. When I pulled the data for the first session and loaded it, it came in as one giant lap. Even though in the car I had set S/F and was getting laptimes on the display. I also couldn't create a track map. Any ideas?

Did the actual driving data look correct, on the Create GPS Trackmap page. That would be the first thing to look at. If you do not see any driving line data at all on that page, select Step 4 Create GPS Map, and see if it will pop the driving line data into view.
