New Laptop with usb ports
I have read the manual 1000 times and can not figure this out I right click and am sure I am on the right com port but it keeps telling me that it can't open com port. I have tried all com port selections, and stil nothing. any help would be great. Also on windows vista I keep getting ccp error

What version of Datalink are you running? The frist thing I would try is to install my newest software. It has a com port utility that will help you as well as the necessary items to run Vista.
