Yes, it can be added to an SC1000. This option is $595 to add.

Hi there how do i tell if an Sc1000 has the g-meter option allready installed without powering the unit up

If the SC1000 has an internal G-Meter installed, it will typically have an arrow indicating the proper orientation of the logger for proper accelerometer readings. If this is absent from the case, it may not be installed. If you can power the unit up in display mode, you can toggle through the analog channels to see if the G-Meter channel is present.

ok have 1 analog box attached with 2 modules when i scroll through the A-IN i get readings (psi) on channels 1 and 2 which respond to pressure changes channel 3 reads 0.00 (v) and channel 4 i get 1.47 (v) and p 12.80 (v)

Unfortunately, it sounds like the unit does not have a G-Meter installed. If it did, you would've most likely seen channel 5 1.00 (v) after p 12.80 (v) and the value would change if you moved the SC1000. As I mentioned, we can add one to the unit if you would be interested in doing so.
