When I look at a track zoom screen, the zoom grid has measurement units, but are they feet, meters, something else? They are labeled as run_posx and run_posy, but it'd be really nice if I could set the units to feet or meters, so when I compare two laps, I could see how far off line I am (oh yeah, a lap-to-lap offset measurement would be oh-so-cool!)

The grid is set based on the distance setting (horizontal x) axis of the graph. If the data is in feet, then the graph lines are in feet (notice how they change as you zoom in). If the distance of the graphed data is in meters, then the map graph lines are meters. The software automatically adjusts based on the graph distance setting.

Thanks,
Tim

So, how hard would it be to add an offset measurement when comparing two laps? In the lap zoom display, you show a couple of data items for the reference and current laps. Adding an offset measurement between the two points would be cool, so we could see exactly how far off line we are.

That feature might have been in a previous version of our professional series software. We will have to revisit the config files and see what is in there.

Thanks
