I did a search and don't see anyone posted about this. And the DatalinkII manual (v5A) didn't touch on this topic either.

But in case you're programming the dash to display predictive lap time, make sure you set the following:

A. Readings to Average is set to '1'
B. Decimal to Display is set to '2'.

Hopefully this will help someone in the future.

Correct. I think we included that in the release notes for the firmware...but not in the manuals. Thanks for noting
