Just a quick question on the V300SD in my car.

I have done 40 passes in my car and i have been chasing the tune up and the question has been raised about calibrating the O2 sensors.

Does Racepak have an instruction manual or a method to recalibrate the 8 x O2 sensors in the exhaust? System is a V300SD with 220-VM-AF1357 and 220-VM-AF2468 4-channel controllers.

I would like to do mine this weekend ready for the next race meeting. If someone is able to post the method here, or send me a Racepak instruction page on how to do it would be greatly appreciated.

I have just spent the last hour going through the two Racepak folders i got with the car, however there was nothing there relating to the O2's or calibration of them.

Looking forward to your assistance.

I only have the single air fuel module, 220-VM-AF1.

On that one, to do a calibration, your need to remove the air fuel sensor out of the exhuast but leave it wired in, and have the sensor exposed to the atmosphere.

Then using Datalink program, open your car config, & connect your PC to your datalogger. Turn igntion on & data logger. Right click over the Air Fuel channel and you should see a calibrate button. Press the button to do a "free air calibration". Don't hold the air fuel sensor while powered up, the heater heats up the sensor and could burn you if your holding it. Datalink will connect to the module and perform the calibration.

At least that's how you do it with my air fuel module and G2X data logger. There is a way to do it with the physical button on the module but I don't have the instruction manual in front of me and on my car the module is tucked away and it is easier just to use a PC connected to the data logger.
