I have a G2x. I want to connect an air/fuel sensor to it.

What parts do I need?

I have done some research but can't figure out what I need.

Jim,

Did you get it figured out? If not give me a call at the shop.

Jim,

I did not catch this posting over here, as opposed to the http://www.g2extreme.com forum. Karl will be able to get you pointed in the correct direction.

Thanks,
Tim

I got my wide band up and running a while ago. The G2 display is slow to change numbers when displaing the A/F's. It's always reading 14.3 maybe change to 14.2
while the NGK gauge displays 11.2 through 15. Make sinse? The data collected on the compact flash matches the NGK readout.

Maybe I have an incorrect setting??

Thanks,

Jim

Jim,

It could be a couple of things. Check the Readings To Average setting (right click over your G2X Dash Display Channel button). If that number is set high, the dash will be slow to update. The next setting is your Vnet update rate. Right click over your AF channel button and look under Channel Options in the lower left corner. There should be a Vnet update rate setting. What is that set at?

Thanks,
Tim

Hi TIm,
The af channel was set to 1 for average. The vnet is 100

Jim,

Let's look at a couple of other areas. Double check and make sure that AF is the channel you have programmed for display, and maybe not something such as battery voltage.

The other thing to do is move the AF to one of the other 2 display areas (1, 2 or 3) and let's see what it displays there.

Thanks,
Tim
